BossTix collects only your mobile phone number when you sign up for ticket alerts. We also collect the concert date you selected and your PayPal transaction ID to confirm payment. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personal information.
How We Use Your Information
Your phone number is used solely to send you SMS ticket availability alerts for the concert you selected. Your PayPal transaction ID is used only to verify that payment was received. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
How We Store Your Information
Your phone number and transaction data are stored securely in our database hosted on Render (render.com). We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the alert service, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes.
How We Disclose Your Information
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information to any third parties, including advertisers or marketers. Your phone number is never shared with anyone outside of BossTix.
We use the following third-party services to operate BossTix, each of which has its own privacy policy:
Twilio — used to deliver SMS messages to your phone number.
PayPal — used to process your one-time payment. We do not store your payment details.
Render — used to host our backend server and database.
These services receive only the minimum information necessary to perform their function. None of them receive your data for marketing or advertising purposes.
Cookies and Tracking
BossTix does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any other tracking technologies. No third parties serve content or advertisements on this site, and no third parties collect information from visitors to this site.
How to Opt Out
You can unsubscribe from SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, we will cease sending you alerts. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.
