Frequently Asked Questions

BossTix monitors Ticketmaster's official API constantly for ticket drops and sends you a text message the instant primary Bruce Springsteen tickets become available for your selected show. You get a direct link to the Ticketmaster page so you can buy immediately.
When an event goes on sale to the general public, numerous tickets are held back for a variety of reasons. These could be production holds, venue/business holds, potential giveaways/promotions, friends/family, etc. As these tickets become available, they are "dropped" back into general availability.
Our application performs thousands of checks for inventory each day at each venue. As soon as it detects standard tickets, you are notified.
Primary only. We specifically filter the Ticketmaster API to exclude all resale and secondary market listings. We only alert you when official face-value primary tickets are on sale directly from Ticketmaster.
Yes, you will get alerted any time tickets for your selected show become available.
No — and we want to be upfront about that. We will provide the alert as fast as technically possible, but we have no control over Ticketmaster's availability, queue system, or how quickly tickets sell. BOSS TIX gives you the best shot at knowing the moment tickets drop — what happens after that is between you and Ticketmaster.
No. Ticket prices are set by Ticketmaster and vary by seat, section, and demand. The Ticketmaster API does not provide real-time per-seat pricing, so we cannot tell you in advance what price you'll see when you click the link. Always check Ticketmaster directly for current pricing.
All purchases are final. You are paying for the service of getting the fastest possible notification when tickets become available, and we will absolutely provide that. Due to the instant-delivery nature of this alert service, we do not offer refunds once you have been signed up and are actively receiving alerts.
Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us and you'll be unsubscribed immediately. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
